Do not let your kids rent here. We moved our college age child into the development being insured he would be placed in a 3 bedroom with similar roommates. He was placed with a non-college (almost 30year) old man who ended up stealing his personal belongings and this development charged my son a fee to move to another room even when the roommate admitted to stealing the items and throwing them away. I would like to voice my concerns with living in this apartment complex. My granddaughter is living there now and is having trouble with management. The fact that management isn’t concerned with break ins or people trying to get into apartments. Also management not taking care of broken glass in stairwells and broken door knobs.
