They advertise promotions to get you to sign a lease and then don't follow through!! We signed ONE YEAR AGO for the black friday special which included $695 per month + a $400 gift card. It is a year later and we STILL have not received gift card even after multiple attempts of in-person office visits, phone calls, emails, and texts!! Multiple people who work there have even confirmed we were supposed to get the $400 and yet they still have not delivered.
