Well I’ve been bring my business here for along time now and I have to say they changed my son oil and did not tighten the drain plug and it was leaking in the driveway #2 had my tire rotation and oil changed ended up with a dent in my door witch they fixed #3 my son just had to take his car back in oil change they did not put oil cap back on new car oil light came on BUT them fixed it!! Just seems to me the guys are in a hurry a little to much and don’t pay attention to details...

RecommendedI am a loyal customer of Gateway because they have earned my business, respect, and loyalty. Here is something I saw that just shows how Gateway goes above and beyond. A storm came up while I was there on a recent visit for service and I saw a young man who works at the front counter go running out in the parking lot and put up the windows for a customer who had left her windows down. I was so impressed and just had to share this very impressive act.

After being lied too about the First Come First Serve Polices they claim they follow I literally had to wait 3 hours in their waiting room with absolutely no updates on the progress of my truck while watching other customers arrive after me then leave before me all morning when I arrived at 7:03am Then after they found a problem the hot head mechanic (Chris) was determined to start a fight by being hostile, have an angry temper, was rude, & inconsiderate of the fact that I had already been waiting for 3 hours This was the la... read more
RecommendedThis place was fantastic! Our camper blew 2 tires while traveling through Nashville. It was late Friday night so we stayed in a hotel. The next morning, I called Gateway at 7:30 am and not only did they have plenty of trailer tires in stock, they had me back on the road by 10am (they were swamped with customers). I am very appreciative of John and the rest of the crew for helping get us to Florida! Also, several locals told me this is the best tire shop in Nashville. Very friendly and honest people.
