RecommendedHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This business is clearly built on the foundation of honesty and respect and it truly reflects in their people! I have taken my family's vehicles here for years. This most recent visit, I took my wife's vehicle in for what I thought was going to be a brake replacement or adjustment. They told me that the pads hadn't worn down enough to warrant replacement, yet. And the cost to me for bringing it in? Zero. I will keep coming back as long as they continue to keep the customer's best interest at heart.

I arrived at the gateway at 6:45 AM it was 730 when I walked in the door I was second it was 925 before I left all I had was a oil change and tire rotation just has to be the absolute worst run gateway I have been to yet after I leave I get my receipt and I noticed that they have me down with a different name I called him back and say hey you guys invoiced my car under the wrong name. I was told you’ll have to come back and we will will have to do up another ticket to get a change in the system no gateway I’m not coming back... read more
