I have always gotten my repairs and tires done at Gateway. I have never been disappointed. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

I have used them for over 12 years. Last set of tires were Kenda. I had them in for over 7 times. Gave up on that. One tire has a leak always. I put air in it every couple of weeks always 5 or 10 lbs low. I watch for my tire warning light to come on and just put air in it. One tire has sidewall cracks in it. I toke them back after about 6 months to ask about it. They said it was normal. Normal for new tires to have sidewall cracks. I contacted Kenda with pictures and they said it was up to the dealer.
