BEWARE: Roach infested and management will not do anything about that. Totally disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Wish I was able to give less than one star. They came out and sprayed a couple weeks ago but that only lasted a week. A request has been made again and the tenant was told they would schedule something for next Friday. Guess they are expected to live with the roaches in the meantime. Personally it seems the right insecticide is not being used.
Maintenance will unlock your door and come into your apartment without notice I’ve caught them 3x. Is a hotspot for getting your car broken into. Neighbors are WEIRD and nosy. Heavy on the weird. Looks nice but one wrong move trying to turn on your overhead light on the oven and it will break. Pull your kitchen drawer out it will break. Lots and lots of drama. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! (Lived here for 2 years now and used a different google account for security purposes I AM A TENET HERE) Please dont let the price and cute-ish bathroom fool you. This place is RIDDLED and INFESTED with roaches!! And maintenance does nothing!! They come when you make a big enough fuss about it after MONTHS of ignoring maintenance requests and calls. Lived here for a year. Place is disgusting & full of people who are selling drugs in & out of almost every unit. Neighbors extremely loud & disrespectful. Super unsafe to live here as a single female. A lot of crime & sketchy people everywhere. Management sucks & never replies or handles anything!
I was recently lied on kicked out my apartment and now they won’t let me retrieve my stuff, also got my truck towed away and I was never able to recover it. This place is terrible and management is terrible you can never get in touch with anybody in the front office.
