I have bad experience with them. The store is very dirty and the restrooms are for sale. They’re charging money for using restroom and everything is expensive. Drinks are expired. Garbage are all around flying animals are flying around tables are dirty all around employees are just on the phone talking in a different language. I don’t know what type of language some of the meat looks un clean. Maybe it’s a dog meat or some type of animal meat. God knows so Hayward people be careful at this location.
is this the second time in the last month and both times my food was burnt. I’ve complained about it but seems like they don’t give a shit. and when I meant by the food was burnt, the food was all burnt and black when I got it.
If they changed the Chef good job 9/24/25 this was made to perfection, atmosphere needs a little bit more work on, maybe upgrade the decor? Love the food and service
Great option of Hawaiian food. The food is average. The short ribs I got was a little tough to chew. Other then that service and atmosphere was good. Would recommend for once.
