RecommendedLove the location I rented! Cleanest room I have ever slept in! I stay only at Marriott hotels when I travel, and this will be the only place I stay when I visit Chicago! Very nice service from lobby staff. If you ask for things you need, they have them behind the counter ( Coffee makes, Hair dryer etc) for free to prevent theft! Breakfast was fresh! Just checked in today. The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever met at any hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. Our room is so cute and smells so good. It is also very clean, which is amazing. I have paid twice as much for big named Hotels that weren’t as clean as here. Gateway will be my place to stay for now on when I come to visit Chicago. Great job Gateway. Keep up the great work and awesome hospitality!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A familiar place. The breakfast is simple but tasty.
Very pleased we found this place. Very warm and welcoming rooms. Not your typical hotel room. Getway Inn rooms make you feel at home. Diffiently will stay again when we return to the Chicago area.

I almost hate to write a review, because this is such a hidden treasure, I don't want the secret out!!! I'm from Oak Lawn, and visit often now that I've moved out of the area, and this is my go to place. Clean, quiet, comfy rooms and a wonderful welcoming staff that take great pride in keeping the place up to date. I've stayed at the other big chains in the area like the Hilton, and had to beg them to get a mini fridge in my room which they delivered at 2am. Stayed one night was fined kind of room I am looking to live in WiFi wasn't good and couldn't get tv to work was fine because I came back to room at 2am went to sleep I will come back in the future
Very accommodating! I was having trouble breathing because of what ever they used to launder bedding. To perfumey, so they brought an ozone machine in to clear the air. How awesome is that!!!
