I booked a room at Gateway Hotel for $124/night, but was charged $179/night. Front desk admitted a system error and promised a free upgrade—but still charged me the higher price. The mishandling of this situation shows a serious lack of professionalism. In addition, every time I call, the front desk staff is rude, keeps saying they “can’t hear me,” Terrible experience from start to finish. I strongly advise to avoid this place.
The showers could be like 6" wider.
Not bad. My school's jazz band stays here every year when we travel for state. I've never had any major issues.
