This was the most amazing appointment I have had so far! I am very picky and indecisive. The consultant was amazing! She had a lot of patience, and made some very good suggestions. She went beyond the extra mile to take care of me and to find me exactly what I was looking for. I had not had that "I am going to be a beautiful bride" feeling until I came to this shop! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

They didn't have a very good selection of plus-size dresses, which made it hard to decide on a dress. When the return policy is all sales final and you can't try on a dress that looks good on the rack, it really sucks. I gave 4 stars though because the stylist I had was awesome and really listened to my needs and wants. I did end up getting my dress here. It was also great that they offer a military discount.

We are a family of procrastinators! We waited to long to get THE dress. Our consultant made phone calls to see if a certain dress would be available before she tried it on my daughter. The available size was 2 sizes to big but she was confident that the refered seamstress would do a beautiful job and you would never know. I've worked with Gateway Bridal numerous times and have had quite a few clients with wedding gowns from there as well. Their showroom is beautiful with a huge variety to suite any bride. Barbie and the rest of the staff have been nothing but professional and super welcoming! Every time I step inside I get super bridal envy and wish I could do my wedding all over again!
