Love my dress and I loved my bridal consultant, she was truly fantastic. But today when I went to go pick up my dress after being told it was ready the receptionist didn't even ask me if I wanted to try my dress on. All she asked was do you want to see it? Yes I want to see my dress and yes I want to try my dress on. Had to try my wedding dress on at home and luckily it fits perfectly.
Great selection of dresses. I LOVE my dress. Paid IN full in the store The customer service was terrible once I got my dress in the mail - and had paid of course. I was concerned because the size was HUGE. I was aware it would need alterations, but the dress literally was 2 sizes too big. I called just with my concern and the receptionist was beyond un-accommodating and completely rude. I was promised a call back and never got one. We went there to shop for a wedding dress for our daughter. We brought all the women in our immediate family. They were so accommodating and treated our daughter like a queen. I would tell my friends if you live in the vicinity of Salt Lake, this is the only bridal store you will need. Thank you for a lovely experience and for all your assistance. The dress was magnificent and so was the bride.

Love them! I picked up the cutest Mikarose dresses for two of my best friend's weddings, and they included the most amazing bridesmaids t-shirts with rhinestones for all of their bridesmaids!!! They are seriously the best.
