Ashley the property manager is great. She works hard to help out with any concerns. Maintenance is works hard to get requests done and the neighborhood is quiet.
If you want to live here expect outrageous rental increases. This year my increase per month is $140. Village Green will not return my calls as to why so much.
Seems that Ashley is pulling a fast one for my ex. She let the ex renew a lease and took me off the lease. The kicker is she said I'm not entitled to my security deposit. Originally my ex was not on the lease. I added her last year. When I threatened to get a lawyer involved Ashley decided to both of us may 31st so the ex can start new June 1st.
I love living here the staff and worked are very nice people
If anyone moves in be aware they are renavating their apartments so your life will be a living hell for a month at least. EACH APARTMENT. All hours of the day hammering/ sawing. Its miserable. I'm telling u don't move here.
The new management company is pretty good. Tiffany the new manager is def the best in the business. Today I walked in to pay my rent and she was slammed packed. Some how she still greeted everyone who walked in the door with a smile and a personal hello. All the staff in the office is always nice but you don't see many hands on managers. One things that could make them better is hire another Maintenance man the guy they have is a very hard worker but it can't do it alone. Could be a nice place but with dumpsters overflowing, the wooden sitting area on the dock broken, fences broken and furniture all over the place, it's just a bunch of eye sores. Inside are nice and updated. Balcony can be loose. But great view of water.
