I love living here the staff and worked are very nice people
If anyone moves in be aware they are renavating their apartments so your life will be a living hell for a month at least. EACH APARTMENT. All hours of the day hammering/ sawing. Its miserable. I'm telling u don't move here.
The new management company is pretty good. Tiffany the new manager is def the best in the business. Today I walked in to pay my rent and she was slammed packed. Some how she still greeted everyone who walked in the door with a smile and a personal hello. All the staff in the office is always nice but you don't see many hands on managers. One things that could make them better is hire another Maintenance man the guy they have is a very hard worker but it can't do it alone. Could be a nice place but with dumpsters overflowing, the wooden sitting area on the dock broken, fences broken and furniture all over the place, it's just a bunch of eye sores. Inside are nice and updated. Balcony can be loose. But great view of water.
My husband and I just leased an apartment here. First impression are lasting one's, all I can say is that Tiffany’s is outstanding. She handled a packed office with customers alone and acknowledged everyone as they walked in. She's definitely a great manager.
You can never reach anyone directly in leasing. The leasing staff is never fully aware of whats going on when you finally get in contact with them. Nothing has been repaired on the move in checklist (13 items) that was submitted. There are several other issues that are wrong with the unit which more and more are happening each day. I had to hire another company to come inspect a major issue that leasing is aware of. It appeared to be a nice community to move into However, It has not been a great expereince.
Gatewater Landing is under new management we have lived here going on 4 years---I can happily say repairs are getting done properly in a timely manner---The new office staff is friendly and helpful and tries to know their residents on a first name basis---we live in an old apt but they are in the process of renovating apts. All apts have recently had new Windows installed they are making improvements to the buildings and grounds---it is worth you time to stop by and check it out
