RecommendedBeen here since August, and I absolutely love it! Very spacious for me and my 2 children, buildings are clean, and no noise that is distracting. I do agree that it is hard to get in contact with the office for any maintenance issues, I have called multiple times, and left msgs with no responses. I still have issues on my move-in list that need to be fixed, but I'm pretty sure if my rent was late, I would hear from them then. I just want my stuff fixed, hopefully I will be able to reach someone soon!
Everyone I pass says hello and I also received a warm welcome from my neighbor across the hall. The community seems to be noise free and payed-back.
I just got out after 4- years of Slumlord living! Grossly overcharged for what they offer. RUDE staff, and they are still causing me stress by lying about damage to carpet! I have move-in photos of prior damages. a check- list, and witnesses of run down apartment! I will take them to court for my money! DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will overcharge, treat you like a P.O.S., do as little to maintain as possoble, and then steal your deposit when you leave! HELL on Earth! Glad I could buy my own home and get away from this place!
The neighbors make it perfect!
We are completing our first year at Gatewater Landing and we absolutely love it here. We have a 4 1/2 year old Pug that loves to go for walks around the complex and even go down to the pier and watch the fish. All of the residence we have met since moving here have been very friendly and the staff has been beyond amazing. There is always a friendly face to great us when we go to the leasing office. We look forward to this next year and the things to come.

Staff is very helpful and super nice. Maintenance request are handled same day from my experience. I love living at Gatewater and have nothing but good things to say about this place!
Monae was amazing . She helped me with everything , & made sure I got in . She kept communicating with me about everything . She’s always there ! I really do appreciate her A lot !
