Recommendedit was an easy and great process doing the application to lease a unit, and the assistant property manager was very great during it.
RecommendedGatewater Landing has clearly had its issues in the past but the new management has really been turning things around. When the old property manager Ashley from Village Green Properties was here, we were in the midst of relocating to California—2 months prior to our lease being up. RecommendedBeen here for 3 plus years and absolutely love the complex. Property is clean, mgmt is awesome big shout out to property manager!!! Maint is awesome and on every service call promptly!!!

Gatewater Landing is a perfect example of an apartment complex that could be great, but suffers mostly due to matters outside of their control, although there are several factors within their control that they will likely not change, or simply wont be able to change, to improve things. Lived here when I was younger and loved it so as soon as I had the opportunity to come back I did. Apartments are beautiful and the view is amazing. Staff is great!
I've only been here for about 45 days but have been impressed overall. Ashley and Marissa have been very attentive to any concerns or issues that have come up. The maintenance man, Franco, has done is best to resolve problems and the groundskeeper, Cecil, goes out of his way to greet you with positive words every day. Seems that Ashley is pulling a fast one for my ex. She let the ex renew a lease and took me off the lease. The kicker is she said I'm not entitled to my security deposit. Originally my ex was not on the lease. I added her last year. When I threatened to get a lawyer involved Ashley decided to both of us may 31st so the ex can start new June 1st.
