Recommendedit was an easy and great process doing the application to lease a unit, and the assistant property manager was very great during it.
Gatewater Landing has clearly had its issues in the past but the new management has really been turning things around. When the old property manager Ashley from Village Green Properties was here, we were in the midst of relocating to California—2 months prior to our lease being up. Been here for 3 plus years and absolutely love the complex. Property is clean, mgmt is awesome big shout out to property manager!!! Maint is awesome and on every service call promptly!!!
Gatewater Is A Great Place The Staff Is So Friendly and the Homes Are Very Spacious I Love Being a Resident
Gatewater Landing is a perfect example of an apartment complex that could be great, but suffers mostly due to matters outside of their control, although there are several factors within their control that they will likely not change, or simply wont be able to change, to improve things. The allowance of renters to smoke within their apartments has been the biggest cause of problems for me, and has been the greatest factor in pushing me to move out. Welcome to the revolving door that is Gatewater Landing. Parking is a joke now and this will be our last year here, it has gotten to be to much. It began as everyone getting 2 free parking passes. Which got rid of zero cars for the apartments it just benefitted the condos next door which decided to draw a redline on the pavement and take a dozen more spots from the apartments.(Even though there are 30-40 empty spots right as you turn into the complex they already have that are never taken). Lived here when I was younger and loved it so as soon as I had the opportunity to come back I did. Apartments are beautiful and the view is amazing. Staff is great!
I've only been here for about 45 days but have been impressed overall. Ashley and Marissa have been very attentive to any concerns or issues that have come up. The maintenance man, Franco, has done is best to resolve problems and the groundskeeper, Cecil, goes out of his way to greet you with positive words every day. Ashley our property manager has worked hard to get my renewal rate at a lower cost. The staff has worked hard to help me and maintenance is great. I love living here and will be staying another year!
