Appalled at how awful my experience with Gates Hudson “Portfolio Manager” of my condominium community has been. Could not more strongly recommend AVOIDING the Gates Hudson. While my building, The Summit, was fine in person, the parent company Gates Hudson is terrible. I lived at the summit from 5/2022-8/2023 and over the course was repeatedly overcharged. The accounting team was unresponsive and inattentive, and repeatedly butchered my financial ledger. Gates Hudson should be ashamed of themselves after my nasty, unprofessional experience with Luke Kapelon, who is the son of the CFO of Gates Hudson, the new management of 7th Flats. I went to the leasing office to get more answers on my FORGED signature on my lease, and Luke was rude right off the bat.
