We just completed a 10 day Central Europe tour and LOVED it...now planning a 10 day Italy tour for the fall. The service, itineraries, and tour managers are terrific.
The itinerary and the good hotels. Also the guides.
Customer service is embarrassingly bad.
We traveled with Gate 1 in 2017 Spain and Portugal. The hotels, transportation and guides are all FAB!!
Have taken two trips - Germany, Switzerland & Austria. Then Paris/Netherlands Tulip Riverboat Cruise. Gate One never disappoints. Both trips were amazing and each unique. LOVE, LOVE BOTH OF THEM.
I have done 3 tours and each and every one were fantastic! Peru, Greece and Mexico. The guides were Great and very knowledgable. I have such great memories and many new friends.
Total experience is first rate from time of making reservations to arrival back home is nothing short of perfect!
Our trip to Costa Rica was FANTASTIC!!! Our tour guide, Giovanni Comparaz, was wonderful. He made sure that our group was totally safe the entire trip, he taught us so much about Costa Rica and helped us all have so much fun. He really went the extra mile with everyone. Our buses were new and very comfortable. The bus drivers were polite and they drove with amazing skill on the sometimes challenging roads that we traversed.
