RecommendedOur first Gate 1 experience was a trip to Scandinavia in 2016 and we have been on three more trips since then. Unfortunately, we missed out on two Gate 1 trips in 2020 due to the pandemic. Great company, great trips, great service, outstanding values! My October trip to Greece cancelled....I stayed calm and waited thru the Gate 1 process. Trip money already refunded now to stay calm and wait for the airline to cancel. Easy but does require patience and waiting/trusting the process!!
Hi. I’ve reached out several times about achieving a refund for a trip from April. No one has contacted me back and when I log into my account there are no travel credits or anything indicative of me receiving a refund. What do I do? I purchased the insurance and the trip was cancelled for me. How do I go about getting a refund?
I can't say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend their customer service. I had several questions about the refund status of a trip. Not only did they answer, the Vice President of Reservations, Mark Kastner, took the time to call me and explain. With all of the challenges going on in the travel industry right now, I can't believe he took 30 minutes out of his day to walk me through the refund process. Thanks Gate 1 and especially Mark!
Me and my sisters traveled to Italy for the Enchanted Tour. Gate 1 was fantastic! Our tour guide Andrea was fun and extremely organized. Very Professional!
