Terrible customer service with incorrect info given before trip to South America and inconsistent organization and accommodations with many problems. Two different people were robbed on our tour and hotels didn’t have working safes. Complained by email and phone but no response after almost a month.

We just returned from an 8-day trip to Tuscany. The price point was amazing; the hotels were incredible and the overall experience was spectacular. Our hotel bar had plenty of happy clients that also raved about them. We can’t wait to travel with Gate 1 again!
One of my flights was cancelled and now I'm screwed. I guess the alternative was the trip insurance at half the cost of the trip itself. Buyer beware.
