The infusion department called an hour before a regular routine infusion and said they wouldn’t do it because my insurance co owes them money. We discussed it being my last one this year, my inability to wait due to my current condition, and the unlikelihood of being scheduled in before the end of huge year. Both my husband and I were referred for different reasons. They didn't return phone calls for 6 months. My husband was supposed to be scheduled for procedures that he was never contacted about. He has since lost 60 lbs and is very ill. All I get when I call is "we will have someone return your call" unprofessional uncaring and negligence
