I've been to a lot of doctors offices but the two nurses I had before. & after the procedure were the nices & careing ladies I've seen in a long time, some other offices need to take some lessons on caring about people.

The staff was wonderful . Very compassionate and caring . I would be willing to do it again . A very needed test and for me it was painless. They may sure of that .
Thanks to the idiot I called 2 to 3 days ago to confirm an appointment at 11:45 which was only an 1.5 later than the actual appointment. So I get there and was informed my appt. was at 10:15, but I could wait to be worked in (not waiting for their mistake). No phone call or anything to let me know that my appointment had come and gone. Very unprofessional!!! Had to miss work at $38 an hour for 12 hours. Do the math. Very very frustrated. This place sucks!!!
Today as I visited the clinic yet again, after I'd seen the doctor, I was asked to wait in the scheduling area. While sitting there (right beside the nurses station) one of the intake nurses came out of her office and loudly attacked the two nurses sitting behind the desk for putting someone in her room. I've never seen such unprofessionalism. Then, she continued to come back and let the other ladies have it...just wouldn't let it die...yelling, spouting off, making sure she had the last word.
