They were very efficient and nice.
Very efficient and thorough. The nurses, techs and docs there were very professional and friendly. I've seen them twice and no complaints from either visit.

drs were truly concerned about my well being. Great communication with my mom and I about what was going on with my procedure. Very kind caring will recommend to anyone who has gastrointestinal issues. went out of their way to help especially with follow up care.

During 2 year period saw a doctor once and 3 different nurse practitioners. Each nurse practitioner was unfamiliar with my case and we started from the beginning. After 2 years of going to a sonogram every six month, with no results being communicated, asked to talk to a doctor. After 3 weeks received a call, given a 2 minute lecture and dismissed. Only compliment for this practice is to the lady who takes blood for exams. She does it painlessly and efficiently.
I realy cannot say I loved it, but I can say, I loved the staff, nurses and really appreciate Dr. Richard's. All of my experiences over the years have been with respect and compassion to my medical requirements (colonoscopy). Not a complaint to be made but high accolades to their professionalis. 5+ experience every time.
