The absolute worst telephone customer service. Called five times to make an appointment. All five times was put on a hold que and waited and waited and never a response. Finally drove in person to the Airways office and got the appointment.
RecommendedMy daughter saw Dr Griffith and he was a very decent and kind gentleman. He was very patient and he listened to all of our concerns and is doing everything in his power to help us get answers. He’s already done several tests on her and that alone is much more than any of the other doctors that we’ve taken her to. Thank you Dr Griffith for your kindness and professionalism. I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to listen and trying to find a solution to my daughters problems.
I see Dr.Griffin. He is kind and he actually calls his patients and talks to them about their concerns.
The nurses and Dr Chaundry are fabulous! they took excellent care of me both times I was here.

I just have to give the highest praise for everyone at Gastro One!!! I'm new to the area, didn't know where to go, so thankful I went here. I was very nervous and anxious about what could be found, but EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was very sympathetic to my concern, they were all very cheerful and professional. From the front desk who is awesome, my Dr's assistant who came to get me for procedure, to the prep nurses, my Dr, physician assistant AND the scheduler!!! They all treated me with care and concern. Friendly, convenient, plenty of parking. Attentive doctors.
The office in Southaven is awesome. They took very good care of me, they all were very patient and caring. I am not a very good patient but they made my experience great Dr. Chaudry is great and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him My nurse was Lindsey, she has to be the kindest, sweetest most patient person I have ever encountered. Once you get past the prep, the rest is a breeze.
