I wish I could give this office a ZERO!!! My family and I have been patients for a long time. Today my son went for a follow up appointment only to be told that they would NOT see him unless he paid a bill that wasn't even due yet. We have NEVER being late on a payment or had an outstanding bill with them. The office staff just kept saying the worst thing you can tell a long-standing customer "sorry, it's company policy."
