I scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance and provided my insurance information. I took time off work and showed up for my appointment, only to be told at that time that my insurance was not accepted. This should have been verified beforehand so I could have been notified and made other arrangements. Waiting until I arrived for my appointment to tell me is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time.
