My aunt scheduled a surgery from about 2 weeks ago. Her surgery is tomorrow (8/25/26) and the staff or whomever never sent the prescription to my aunts local pharmacy. Keep in mind she’s traveling in from outside the country. So my mom and aunt called several times via phone, to let them know that they NEVER sent the prescription. They never answered the phone and they never returned any of their calls. Important Side note: She was instructed to take the medication before her operation.
