Super nice group and very through. They don't bombard you with costly recommendations. Stacey recommended I use the QUIP toothbrush system (available on line). It is great and I always get praise on how well I am taking care of my teeth when I go in for you cleanings.
My appointment was at 8:30 this morning. I arrived early and checked in. Was taken back at 8:35. Lady said “you can get on your phone, it’s going to be a lil bit.” At 8:53, I was still sitting there waiting. Now, when you first go, you sign a paper about rescheduling if you are late to the appointment. I set my appointment early because I have other things to do. After 40 years of service my dentist passed away and I had to look for a new one that took my insurance. I visited two other dentists and then met the charming ladies at Gaston Dental. What a delight it was. They (4 of came to talk to us) explained their service, showed me what my insurance covered, spent several minutes setting up an appointment and initial visit that would best serve their needs and cost me the least. Dr. Dickerson is great along with all staff! Went a few weeks ago for a cleaning and it was honestly the most through and best cleaning I've had in years! Had a filling done today and he was great. A little bit of a long wait is the only downfall.. ended up waiting an hour past my appointment time today.. but for good quality work and friendly staff I can't complain. I am appreciative and look forward to having Gaston Dental and Dr. Dickerson as my dentist for years to come!
I love bringing all five of my children here. They always schedule them together and they are fast and friendly. The best dental and orthodontist office I’ve been too.
Went in 5 weeks ago with an abcessed tooth they pulled it was infected gave me antibiotics was still in unbearable pain took them 3 more weeks to get me back in when I should have been a priority when I went in they were supposed to stitch up the hole which was the size of the end of my pinky finger the dr put two stitches in did not close the actual whole up at all called today and was told they couldn’t see me or work me in now I’m still in unbearable pain 5 weeks later and they plan on doing nothing about it I would not r... read more
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They got us into their office quickly. There was very little wait time when we arrived. The office was so very clean . They welcomed my special needs daughter and made her very independent. So happy we found them!!
Chase has been very comfortable with his Orthodontics appointment every visit. He really gets excited monthly about new bands on his braces. Thank you Gaston Orthodontics for your caring staff.
