Do not schedule an appointment with this business if you need to have them honor the scheduled time. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my schedule new patient appointment and 40 minutes has passed and they have taken 6-8 other patients for appointments who arrived after me. I scheduled my appointment for my lunch hour and now it's been wasted and I have to find and schedule another appointment with another dentist. Located in a very bad area of town. I should have not expected any better service.
They like to ask ya to reschedule when ya show up.....front desk people are something here....they need to earn to work with the back people an get there crap together
Gaston Dental Associates is thee best!! I have had bad experiences in the past but they are great. They are very prompt, imformative, explanatory, helpful, gentle and so much more. I would recommend this place to anyone, the kids even enjoy going to see the dentist!!
Strongly recommend this dentist office! Easy to work with and very friendly!
