Dr. David takes the time to explain what needs to be done and very much includes his clients in the process - patiently and throughly answering questions and addressing concerns. He is such a professional, cares enormously about what he does and most importantly wants his clients to feel happy with the results and their experience at the office. He is also very talented and knowlegable!
The staff makes the practice. You can see the "team effort" to make the patient's experience pleasant. The staff puts you at ease, they smile, explain your treatment plans in understandable terms and employ small talk to ease the patient's stress by connecting w/patients, etc. There is minimal wait time and questions are welcomed. I found this practice several years ago via the internet . . . That was a lucky find!

You're not going to find a better dentist around then Dr. David Silverstrom. He is not only a great dentist he also cares about his patients very much and wants to do the absolute best job he possibly can to help you maintain your oral health.
I began seeing Dr. David Silverstrom over 15 years ago. I had an array of dental issues which included, gum disease, bone loss, teeth movement etc. Since I have been a patient of Dr. Silverstrom, the improvement in my overall dental health has been astonishing. The best dental service, care and experience in my adult life.
Everyone is very cheery, and sweet. I think your prices are absurd. Everything you ask in your survey are the qualities that EVERY dental/medical office should be rated highly in or someone should not be going there. I am amazed that many competent, highly rated dentists in the area charge less than you do for the same procedures.
Excellent care. Debbie is wonderful. Dr. David is caring and concerned. Like the fact that he is willing to patiently explain issues.
It's so easy to come to the dentist at this practice. The staff is patient and helpful and the doctors are so gentle. I'm either taking a nap or watching the idiot box w/headphones during procedures.
