Natalia did an excellent job as a hygienist. I have been a patient for many years and am pleased with the quality of the dental work, but not with the way the desk is handling appointments. They are very pleasant BUT after my hygienist (who I went to for years) left the practice, they just booked me with someone, without so much as a courtesy call. Awesome throughout! Needed emergency appt - fit me in next day and spent over an hour to insure all was well.
I never complete surveys however since moving to NJ, I am so impressed thus far with the level of customer service of Silverstrom. It really goes to show you that it starts with setting the proper mood and tone by addressing me the patient and my needs. Honestly could be the best experience I’ve had with any medical service provider... ever!

I've had MANY positive experiences going to the Silverstrom Group over the years, but yesterday's visit was easily the best. Who would've thought a two and a half hour procedure for crowns would be completely pain-free? AND I was able to watch my favorite shows on Netflix the whole time? I honestly felt like I was getting away with something! Dr. Gary and everyone associated with the Silverstrom Group need to be recategorized; they're not dentists - they're magicians!
Although it's a dentist's office, I do find my visits to the SiIverstrom Group enjoyable. The staff is friendly --- from the receptions, to the hygienists, to the dentists, to the billing and scheduling people. Everyone who works there puts the patient first!
It was the first time I have been to a dentist in many years and I was very nervous to say the least. Melissa did my cleaning and she made everything seem a lot easier. She explained everything in full detail and I felt very comfortable about everything.
I now have a full house. Dr David has helped to keep it that way.
