Entire staff is customer friendly and professional. The dentists are truly experts in their respective specialty and show compassion for the clients, and explain dental related situations in simple language. Debbie, dental hygienist, is exceptional and personable. Debbie always give exceptional advice on how my teeth should be clean. It paid off, with excellent feedback at my most recent visit.
too much time in between routine scheduling
I know your practice is incredibly good on all fronts. My issue is that as a retired teacher, also a single parent of a neurologically impaired child your prices are daunting. I have a friend who just last week paid $2000 for two crowns. His dentist is a good one and he has been his patient for the last eight years. I was just quoted $1682 for a single crown and told I need additional work on various parts of my mouth. Do I think you would do excellent work? NO DOUBT. State of the art facility. Very professional staff.
Regarding appointment scheduling, my most recent, which I did discuss with Dr. David, was a an approximate 6 week wait just to have my new occlusal appliance final fit . When I inquired as to why the wait, was advised that Dr David had NOTHING until that date. I found that a ridiculous statement. I was not sleeping because my old appliance didn't fit my new veneers and had to be discarded.Additionally I didn't want to harm my mouth due to the lack of the appliance, which I have been advised, is extremely important to protect... read more
