My motor home broke down in Pensacola, it’s the 4th of July week and everything is packed! A couple of people thought it was the fuel pump, that would mean I needed a shop that could drop my fuel tank! I called many and finally Ryan at Gary Sapp’s said sure! We had to call AAA today when our car wouldn’t start while in FL on vacation from MO. We are so thankful Gary Sapp Automotive was the contacted representative for our service. They were on site within 10 minutes, had the car started, ran a thorough diagnostics test to be sure we would be safe to take it out and it would start again; no charge! They will have my business if I ever need them and my recommendation to anyone traveling this way who might need help! Thanks for being so helpful, honest and quick to respond!

Gary Sapp Auto was awesome. I had to have a new tire put on due to a bail hole in the old one. The staff, from the front desk to the mechanics, were respectful and professional. I would recommend this shop!

They are scamming people through another business be very very careful and bring a lot of cash. Don't expect a receipt.

Called AAA to change a flat tire. They advised Gary Sapp automotive would be there in an hour. An hour later got the call from AAA that Gary Sapp automotive wouldn't be sending a truck due to the weather. I advised AAA it was no longer raining where I was at, I was told that Gary Sapp automotive would research it and get back to me. Cancelling AAA Monday morning and never going to Gary Sapp automotive for anything.
