$$$$ Way overpriced for replacing a $20 brake line part. My elderly mother received a much higher estimate, then I had my mechanic husband call. My husband received a lower, but already overpriced total on the phone and upon check out, I was given a price of $119 MORE than what he was told. When I brought it up, all he said was 'oh... oh yeah'. No explanation given as to why the difference. This is why shops get a bad rap, ripping off customers, especially women. Mom now knows who we trust to have her car towed to.
it was a waste of time trying to make an appointment for a diesel diag. I dropped my truck off Tuesday and a week later, with zero communication from them I decided not to waste anymore time. not sure if they ever intended on looking at it or just don't know how to do their job. all they had to do was tell me they couldn't look at it for another 2 weeks, not taken an appointment in the first place, and this could have been avoided.
