I have such a bad expirience with this doctor, I had a spinal surgery but the day I had it he didn't show up to talk to me or the day after or any other day, as of today I haven't seen him in person, I would recommend him to anybody and please read this message before any procidure
His is colossal jerk who lacks empathy. PA caused me pain, when I was healing prior, in my shoulder, had to ice it after she pushed her whole weight on a my "healing" should that I was there to treat, that day.
i was referred and tried to schedule but was hung up on three times after waiting thirty minutes each time
I visited with Dr. Rosenberg because of pain caused by spinal stenosis in the lumbar region. Both he and his PA were very helpful to my understanding of my medical condition. They both listened to my description of symptoms and related them to the MRI and newly taken (during the visit) x-rays of my back. Dr. Rosenberg described both surgical and non-surgical approaches to treat my condition. Of course, he left the decision to me. wouldnt know was on hold for 20 minutes trying to get an appointment- then they hung up on me twice!!!!
Dr Rosenberg surgery scheduler is very inconsiderate. I have been waiting for Masa to call me to schedule a surgery for over a week.I have left several messages for her to call me and she refuses to call.I have been in pain. I am a manager of a business and I need to coordinate my staff around my surgery but it’s kind a hard when the schedule will not call you back. I would just like to know what’s going on please.
