What’s the big fuss about this Doctor? I don’t know. He is as caring as a lawyer =/, very distant and robotic with children.. The staff is horrendous. Any request you may have the answer is NO and also they didn’t know what my baby was doing there by the 2nd appointment we had. I had to “remind them” that is was vaccines and check up =O. They refused to measure him. Moving on to another pediatrician, and if you want records you have to pay a fee and the lady at front desk don’t know what it is.
Dr kramer is amazing. And his staff is sweet and attentive. They follow up and care about patients.

Kramer is rude, arrogant, and a bad pediatrician. Spends 3-5 minutes with a baby after waiting for him for 50-60 minutes. Bye bye, Kramer.
Dr Kramer is Great, he is caring, patient, and calm. His staff complete opposite I would gladly go back to Dr Kramer if you had new staff. Specially the office manger she is rude, inpatient, and loud. Blames everyone else and make you feel like a bad parent. If you are looking for great complete package this is not the place Im sorry Dr Kramer we really did like you and so did our baby.
He's excellent. If you have a sick child, getting in to see Dr. Kramer same day is no problem. Where making appointments is difficult is when you make a yearly exam. You have to book it almost 2 months in advance because there is limited availability. When we visit we never feel rushed and Dr. Kramer takes his time with us and the kids and answers any questions or concerns we may have.
My children were seeing Dr. Kramer while we lived in Coconut Grove. We moved away 2 years ago. I have not found a doctor who's advice and opinions that I value as much as I did with Dr. Kramer. He is extremely patient with children and listened throughly to any concerns we had. He truly wants the best for our children.
