Always a pleasant and friendly atmosphere .
The staff were warm and friendly upon arrival. My hygienist, Lacy, was not only calming, kind, and thorough with the cleaning. She was a wealth of knowledge and gave me some great pointers for flossing better. Dr. Holtzclaw was kind and was thorough as well with his exam. This was my first visit and I'm happy to know I've found my dentist who will take great care of all my dental needs.
They greet you by name as soon as you enter the door. Very nice staff!!
This office and Dr Holtzclaw are always caring, helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing them again

It was a great experience on day 1 to do a crown within ann hour and a filling. Next day, something chipped off and he fixed it free of charge, to my surprise.
Completely oblivious to patient pain. During my procedure I started experiencing sharp pain. I raised my hand, groaned and even started to move my head away but he ignored me and just kept drilling!Once he eventually stopped he did not acknowledge, apologize, explain - nothing, as if nothing happened! I told him sternly that he must stop when the patient expresses strong pain and again he completely ignored me!I've had lots of dental work done in over 60 years but have never experienced such behavior from a dentist.That was ... read more
Friendly professional staff and dentist. Dr Holtzclaw explains procedures well and is an excellent dentist. Definitely recommend him!
Dr Holtzclaw was excellent. I had a broken tooth on their afternoon off and he took a call on his personal cell phone and arranged an appt for the next afternoon He was able to complete the crown in one visit so I did not have to return
