Would like to thank Terry and all the other guys in service, we had a issue with Hardin County Honda service not standing behind their word, so I stopped in and talked with Terry and told him about my dissatisfaction with HCH on a quote I had received from them . They honored the other dealers quote , even though it wasn't their responsibility. And we enjoyed the new CRV loaner we drove until ours was finished. Would like to give a shout out to the crew at Gary Force Honda in Bowling Green Kentucky me and my wife purchased a new car there last year last week we had a issue with the rear brakes which was all covered under warranty I called the guys there told them what was going on they told me to bring the car in they fix the problem no questions asked and even put us in a brand new Honda Civic to drive why are car was getting fixed I'm very pleased with the way I was treated there they are very good people thank you for taking car... read more
I've used Gary Force Honda since 1998 when I bought my first Accord. You can't beat their customer service or price! They just keep getting better and better.
Brian deeger in the pre owned was very helpful through the whole process, I really appreciate how much he helped me and my husband grant. I would highly recommend anyone to get a vehicle from here! They work with you on payments and put you in an awesome car! Thanks so much!
