I just don't know why it's so hard to really listen to your customers wishes. When we made our appointment for the complimentary oil change we ask fo an appointment close to the time the man would be there to get our extra key. They made our appointment for 3 guess what we then we're told he was there at 1. We waited at home once again communication in service department needs help. Love Fon our salesman but service needs to start listening better to their customers.
