I went into this appointment very apprehensive having had negative experiences in the past of not being listened to. I was very pleasantly surprised when the Gary Hood took the time to listen to my history and family history, asked follow up questions, and often stopped to clarify as we were working on a plan of action. I feel so much more peace moving forward even though I don’t know exactly what will happen because of the time he took to explain various process and what my diagnosis and treatment plan looks like.
My experience was pleasant. Gary was kind and he explained what he thinks should be done with my health issues. I appreciate that he involves me in any final decisions. I would highly recommend him
