Everything from scheduling, reception, nursing team and checkout is smooth and like a well oiled machine. Friendly, courteous environment. Wait is minimal. Dr Losch is very kind, shows concern and professional. He also explains things very well. Very pleased with the care I received.
I greatly appreciated the time spent explaining my nasal and sinus issues, and giving different alternatives for treatment. Ultimately, I decided upon surgery and am very comfortable with my decision based on the time and effort spent explaining the procedures, recovery and expected results.
Dr. Losh and his team always do a great job. His nurse, Theresa, was friendly and quick. Becca, AuD, put our 5 year old at ease immediately and kept him smiling during his testing. Dr. Losh, as always, was thorough with his exam and had great suggestions. We are always so appreciative. Checking out and scheduling was a piece of cake with the friendly PERs.
