I have been disappointed with the quality of care since the end of August 2025. I was not consulted properly with what the risks were of receiving a crown. Then when there was issues it took over three calls to get a response. I wasn't taken seriously. I suffered with dental pain for weeks before I could be seen. I also had trouble with the office communicating with me and the endodontist when it came to scheduling my permanent fillings in the bridge. Andi is very knowledgeable and she has a very gentle touch during my cleanings…5 stars. I am disappointed to no longer receive a new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss at the visit.
