Friendly, relaxed and easy
I have been a patient for over 15 years. This practice has gotten too large. When it was the dad and son running it with 2 hygienists it was so nice. I actually felt like they knew me and cared. Now I’m just a number. For the past 2 years I am always taken late for my appointment. I get there 15 minutes before to respect the staff’s time but my time isn’t respected. The front desk staff (Marissa or Malissa) is so rude to patients. She has a snotty attitude and needs a class in professionalism. Every time I come I am with a d... read more
Great office, friendly staff, very helpful.
Needed an exam to check out a couple of concerns. Dr. Han took a look, said I had two cavaties, asked if I wanted them done today which I quickly responded Yes. He got it done within a hour and I was on my way home. Very pleased!
