GW has a HORRIBLE customer service policy. I would like to give them 0 stars! I bought a couch in October 2020. We went to pick it up ourselves. When we got it home, we realized we were given a USED couch with defects. GW was surprised and "didn't know how this could happen". They offered to replace it and delivered a new one within days. 3 months later, we called customer service because the couch looked like an old pilled up sweater. It literally looked 10 years old. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service! Do not shop here! Return policy is nonexistent unless you pay a 25% restocking fee. The chair we bought was literally falling apart and they refused to give me a refund unless I paid the restocking fee. After 2 weeks of trying to talk to a manager they finally agreed to replace it with another. We haven’t gotten it yet but am hoping it’ll be somewhat better!
