Great food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended
Music was awesome ( STURDY MOSS) food was yummy and atmosphere was inviting. Staff was friendly and attentive and my glass never went empty! Keep up the good work, and looking forward to my next visit when Sturdy Plays!!

I have never had a bad experience here...food and beer is always on point!! However, I feel like the staff looks more like customers rather than employees...definitely need to consider getting a uniform. Bike shorts are not proper waitstaff attire.
So we are here for our weekly dinner and there is a new menu. If I'm going to be honest I'm not liking the selection. You're last menu was really great and there was a wider variety of dishes. Seemed you went for a spicier style and got far away from who you were.
Unless you like to cat·call and flag down your bartender like you're hailing a cab in New York city do not sit at the bar. Otherwise your glass will remain empty for hours and the staff will literally look the other way as they pass by. Oh.. this wasn't on a loud and busy Friday night.. it was yesterdays Sunday brunch.

Brunch is always amazing and I'm a proud mug club member. However, since the new menu, the food has gone downhill very quickly, and it's very unfortunate. This is one of my favorite local restaurants, but the menu needs to be seriously looked at.
I've been going to the ale house for many years, I usually go for lunch but I brought the family tonight. I must say that I was very disappointed, 3 out of our 4 meals were either undercooked or cold. The manager was very nice and help remedy the situation but definitely not a good dinner.

Hi Mark, thanks for taking the time to review us. I'd sure like you to re-visit our restaurant and review us again. I think you will be pleased. We had just installed a new exhaust hood in the kitchen in November and it was FREEZING in the kitchen. We had a lot of trouble with temperature control until we got used to the new exhaust system. Should be great next time. Once again, thanks for helping out.
