We are a brewpub. All of our beers are made right here and we also have a couple of popular 'macro' beers. Our kitchen is well known for its fresh food and use of fresh ingredients. We don't work very much with frozen and prepared foods. Our burgers and pizzas are the talk of the town and our dinner entrees are elegant and affordable. I grew up in Gardner. And I have seen this property go thru it all- La Pappilon, Ricks, Sully's.... and now the Gardner Ale House. And every time I come back to visit family, I have to go there. I currently live in Los Angeles, And Los Angeles is a bit of a Mecca for craft beer. I honesty believe that ANY of the beers brewed at the Gardner Ale House is as good or better than anything I can get in California. And the food is as good as the beer! I used to go here all the time till they started changing their menu all the time and got rid of everything I liked. I ONLY went because the majority rules and the company is more important than the food. All I had were chips and salsa this time, I've learned my lesson.
We're regular visitors here for their amazing beers and yummy food. Ordered our very first pizza after watching many served to happy patrons..... all I can say is this pie was life changing.... probably one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Our bartender Danielle took excellent care of us and kept us smiling. Make this place a destination.... you won't be disappointed!!!

I'm completely biased in this! GAH is great! Great food, fantastic beers, friendly staff, three minutes and fifty-seven seconds from my house by car, twenty five minutes by foot (not that I timed these...). Wednesday Prime Rib night is addicting (there is nothing so satisfying as a well seasoned end piece of Prime Rib, and a Chair City Pale Ale!). Oktoberfest is a "can't miss." Great brick oven pizza and wings. Excellent beer with a lot to pick from. Dessert was also very good.
