Went today for the first time for contacts. The staff was very friendly. I left with a pair of contacts and have the rest ordered and should be in by the end of the week. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment and with their turn around times to receive your contacts and glasses.
Terrible service! Told me my glasses would be in on Friday or Monday (2 or 3 days from when I ordered). Just came in today, one week later. The main reason I ordered my glasses there, even though they were more expensive, was they said they could have them ready in just a couple days. When I picked them up they didn't even have me sit down to be fitted! Just handed them to me, without a case even!! Then decided they would get me a case. I will never use these folks again!!!
Very nice staff. Owners were there when I went in and were very helpful and personable. Will definitely be taking our family back.
I went to have my eyes Checked very nice Dr. , could not see with my glasses when I got home call back young lady said I had to get use to them, I ask for the owner to call me never happened, went back for another exam with different Dr. who was very nice and said my previous glasses were read wrong and she changed my glasses ,no one apologized for the mistake , after 6 days still no glasses ,this all started 2 weeks ago , bottom line I will never go back and do recommend it all,terrible experience !!!
Such a nice place. My glasses were done in the same day I went within an hour! The store is full of name brands ranging from Ray Bans to Michael Korrs. Very nice atmosphere. An extremely nice staff. I enjoyed it <3
I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Gardendale Eye Clinic...did I say highly?! They are by far the most friendly, personable, and helpful group of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing/working with. I will never be going anywhere else!!
The staff were awesome I love my new glasses! I would definitely recommend them.
I needed a new pair of glasses fast and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They all did thier best to help me stick to my budget as well.
