My appointment was at 9:30 to check what’s. Need to be done for “emissions system problem” that’s showing on the screen. Agent said 2 hours to do diagnostic testing. I told him specifically I need to be out of there by 1pm as I have to pick up my son.. 2 hours went, no call, so by 1pm I went to see the agent. Stated they just diagnosed the problem “engine coolant temperature sensor “, that maintenance is checking if they have the parts & how much. Really it took all this time to see the car?
