The service was good. The only draw back was the 30 minute wait for my ride home.

Service advisor Benny Nguyen made my service visit horrible on 10/7/25. My condenser seal is leaking on my civic, which is covered by the extended warranty, and he falsified diagnostic results to make it appear another component was at fault just so I would not use my 10 year extended warranty from Honda. Benny quoted me over $2000 to "fix" an issue that was never tested to be confirmed. Bad service.
Pretty easy thanks to Jairo. Also thanks to the gentleman who drove the shuttle. It made my day easier.
