I was really happy with Jairo’s service the 2nd to last time I went and I got service, this last time I got a great service agent as well, I just can’t recall his name because it was so common, but he was stationed right behind Jairo. He was super helpful and sweet.

From the moment I arrived for my 11 am Wednesday morning appointment, I was excited I was the only one in line. I was assisted right away by Art. He was very professional and personal. I came with coupons for an oil change and tire rotation, plus a recall. Art gave me a list of what else was being offered, but no pressure. That done, we ran into Miguel, a sales rep, who assisted us with a question and offered us water. He was also professional and personable.
