My Auto service advisor addressed my concerns and walked me through the repair process. It was a Very stressful time for me because my car had been vandalized and my insurance company was being difficult. I know dealerships sometimes get a bad wrap, but I plan to continue to get my Hondas serviced there because I can trust that the work will be done properly.

This was my forth visit and I feel really comfortable taking my car there. They are very professional. They take their time explaining until you understand, and lets you ask questions. Also, they don't mind if you wait there in the lounge for your car. They're like doctors for my car... esspecially Jairo Baeza who is very patient and professional with others.
