Appointment time was kept. Jairo was very helpful. I ended up needing tires so it took longer than expected but Jairo was very apologetic.

Found and took care of the problem quickly. Provided a ride to and from Gardena Honda dealership. I'm elderly and handicapped so the quick responses were greatly appreciated.
