Friendly but after paying for my service, the cashier woman did not tell me to give my receipt so they can bring my car around and I sat there for a half hour before I said hey what am I doing at that time I was told what I should have done first experience

The service was great and fast! I am just wondering why it takes like 3 hours when I go in with an appointment for the same service on any given day and this time I went in 1.5 hours before they close and they finished it within the hour. Either way the customer service all around is always great, no complaints on that.
