once again I was miss lead by magement , on the final price of the vehicle.. I was charged two items that were supposed to have been removed on a used vehicle.
The wait time was shorter than my first visit and I accomplished everything g that needed to be done.
The dealership at Gardena Honda was excellent. Everything on the service day went very smoothly and everyone was professional. Manny my service manager was great. Had a wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone there.

Chris talked us through the process and went out out his way to get us the deal that we wanted. For a busy Friday night on a 3-day weekend, the process was very smooth. Once I got to the finance piece, Jacoub was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the process seamless. 10/10 for both of the team members that I worked with.
