Honda service department is always excellent, I never have an issue with anyone! They are alway friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everyone, for A1 service, no other dealership service will do for you what Honda will do for you.

My service advisor, Mike, was very helpful. It took less time than expected. Although the persons while I was looking at accessories was not very helpful my overall experience was good

Clean exterior and interior building. Lightning is so good at night that it feels like day. Free hot chocolate and coffee, ice machine are a huge plus.

I arrived 15 minutes before my 8am appointment and the Service area was busy. Representative offered to order a Lyft to take me home and bring me back. Took a long time to do recall job and check on the supplemental support / airbag light that comes in. I followed up w/ my service at 1 pm since I hadn’t heard back. The male staff was friendly.
