Very unorganized appointment. I had to wait over 30 minutes after I canceled my appointment just to get my car back when it was sitting right in front of me. No one would pull it out. Before hand the email said my appointment won’t take long and I could wait at the dealer, when I arrived there and checked in they said it would take 3 hours and I didn’t have a ride home.
