Today was our second visit to Garden Pediatrics and it was an exceptional experience. They were able to schedule all three of my kids for their checkups on the same day at the same time. We weren't rushed through the appointment. Dr Carter even gave my three-year-old daughter's toy Dino a check-up at my daughter's request! So cute!! I also really appreciated the breastfeeding/changing room. I was able to feed my twins in a quiet, private place before we left. Everybody was friendly and helpful. This place is a joke! Don't waste your time on the extremely poor customer service they provide. Over the past two years we have liked the doctors we have seen. Unfortunately, the turn around rate is very high. We have already had three different doctors because the first two have left to pursue other opportunities. Over the past year my daughter has been very sick on two separate occasions, months apart. Each time I've called to try and get an appointment the answering service picks up. We love every one of the doctors and nurses on staff at Garden Pediatrics! They take the time to develop relationships with their patients and help them feel safe which is so important to us!
We've been coming to Garden Pediatrics for years! They are amazing at what they do, they have a great staff AND my kids love them.
I have been with Garden Pediatric since they first opened. I could not ask for a better Dr and staff. I'm so blessed to have found such a wonderful Dr for my girls.
